Thank you for shopping at our store. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights regarding returns and refunds.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order. We cannot guarantee cancellation of orders that have already entered the shipping process.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Late or missing refunds may occur due to processing delays at financial institutions. If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or payment provider as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
